Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how we issue refunds. It works alongside our Return Policy, which covers how to send items back.
Refund eligibility
- Unused items in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- For hygiene reasons, opened personal-bathroom items (such as shower heads, hoses, filters, mats and curtains that have been used) cannot be refunded unless faulty.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always eligible for a refund or replacement.
How refunds are issued
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (processed by Stripe) within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show the refund.
Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item is faulty or incorrect. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
How to request a refund
Email support@imph.shop with your order number and reason. We will provide a return address and next steps. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
