These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of imph.shop and any purchase you make from us. The site is operated by I M PLUMBING & HEATING LIMITED("Imph", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 04305081, registered office Unit 6 Heritage Business Centre, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 1SW, United Kingdom. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell tool-free shower and faucet upgrade accessories for domestic use. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible; minor variations in colour and finish may occur. Our accessories are designed to fit standard G1/2 (1/2") connections — please check your existing fittings before ordering.

2. Suitability & safe use

Our products are non-pressurised accessories for standard domestic water supplies. We do not sell electric or gas water-heating equipment. The filtered shower head and replacement cartridges trap visible sediment only — they are not water softeners, water purifiers, or medical or health devices, and no health benefit is claimed. Follow the supplied fitting instructions and do not exceed stated pressure ratings.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The price payable is the price shown at the time you place your order, plus any shipping shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Your card statement will show IMPH STORE. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by your destination country.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is mispriced or out of stock); in that case we will refund any payment taken.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Imph name, logo, site content and images are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for damage caused by failure to follow the fitting instructions or use of a product outside its stated suitability. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
